Dans ce contexte, les Fran\u00e7ais restent les premiers acqu\u00e9reurs de biens au Portugal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Portugal a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu l\u2019an pass\u00e9 premi\u00e8re <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"destination (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/vivreauportugalconsulting.com\/guide-expatriation-au-portugal\/\" target=\"_blank\">destination<\/a> immobili\u00e8re au niveau mondial, rapportait r\u00e9cemment le&nbsp;<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jn.pt\/nacional\/especial\/interior\/o-pais-em-que-os-estrangeiros-mais-procuram-casa-10728209.html\" target=\"_blank\">Jornal de Not\u00edcias<\/a><\/strong>. Parmi les investisseurs \u00e9trangers qui ach\u00e8tent un bien pour s\u2019y installer. Les Fran\u00e7ais dominaient encore largement le classement, devant les Am\u00e9ricains ou les Italiens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un chiffre du&nbsp;<em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jornaldenegocios.pt\/mercados\/detalhe\/arrendar-e-65-mais-caro--que-comprar-em-lisboa-e-porto?ref=DestaquesTopo\" target=\"_blank\">Jornal de Neg\u00f3cios<\/a><\/em>, interpelle. Selon le quotidien \u00e9conomique, <em>\u201clouer une maison revient d\u00e9sormais 65&nbsp;% plus cher qu\u2019en acheter une \u00e0 Lisbonne\u201d<\/em>.  Les contrats de location ont baiss\u00e9 de 8 % l\u2019an pass\u00e9 au Portugal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux principales raisons de cette augmentation: Les loyers ont augment\u00e9 de 9,3 % lors du second semestre 2018 au Portugal et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 27 % dans certains quartiers de la capitale. D\u2019autre part, les banques proposent aujourd\u2019hui des pr\u00eats au logement toujours plus avantageux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Porto, la diff\u00e9rence encore plus significative<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <em>Jornal de Neg\u00f3cios<\/em>&nbsp;a simul\u00e9 l\u2019acquisition d\u2019une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de 100&nbsp;m<sup>2<\/sup>, avec un pr\u00eat correspondant \u00e0 80 % de la valeur de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, un taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 1,74 % et une dur\u00e9e de 33,3 ans. Verdict : payer un loyer chaque mois serait donc 65 % plus cher que rembourser un cr\u00e9dit immobilier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 Porto, la diff\u00e9rence est encore plus significative et s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8verait \u00e0 100,5 % et m\u00eame \u00e0 140 % dans le quartier de Campanh\u00e3, o\u00f9 le loyer serait de 619 euros par mois, contre un remboursement \u00e0 la banque de 256,3 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous l&rsquo;aurez compris, louer ou acheter au Portugal devient ne int\u00e9ressent quand vous focalisez vos recherche dans les grandes villes.
