Selon ses observations, 29\u00a0% des demandes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es depuis le mois de f\u00e9vrier 2016 pour cette destination \u00e9taient \u00e9mises par des Fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Les accords de 2013 entre la France et le Portugal ont permis \u00e0 cette destination de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un regain d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des investisseurs, notamment gr\u00e2ce au statut <a href=\"https:\/\/vivreauportugalconsulting.com\/regime-fiscal-du-resident-non-habituel\/\" target=\"_blank\">RNH<\/a>\u00a0(r\u00e9sident non habituel) qui permet aux expatri\u00e9s de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019exon\u00e9rations partiel ou total d\u2019imp\u00f4ts pendant 10 ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Portugal est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 par les Fran\u00e7ais comme une destination attractive et accessible. En effet, \u00e0 Lisbonne, le prix au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 est trois fois moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 Paris (2800\u00a0\u20ac VS. 9000\u00a0\u20ac en moyenne), une tendance \u00e9galement observ\u00e9e pour les biens immobiliers de prestige, dont le prix au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 \u00e0 Lisbonne est de 7000\u00a0\u20ac VS. 13\u00a0600\u00a0\u20ac \u00e0 Paris en moyenne.
