PORTO 2ND IN THE RANKING OF THE MOST ATTRACTIVE CITIES

Porto has just been ranked second among Europe's most economically attractive cities by the renowned French agency Barne. Each year the Barne Group classifies cities with a high attractiveness real estate and economic.

This year, Porto took second place, ahead of cities such as Madrid and London. A first in the city's history.

The most popular districts

La Sé, Cedofeita and Bonfim are the most sought-after districts for foreign investors. The historic architecture of the buildings and their spaciousness are real assets.

What is the clientele?

It is mostly Portuguese, but more and more French people are investing, just like the Brazilians.

The market price

The prices of the m2 are included between 4000,00€ and 5000,00€ in the most quoted districts. The rental prices can reach even more depending on the neighborhoods and the typology of the prices included between 1500,00 and 2000,00€ for a T2 and for a T4 located in the Foz do Douro count 6000,00€.
