The real estate market in Portugal enjoyed a first-half 2020 virtually unchanged from last year, despite the pandemic. Despite the covid-19 crisis, real estate activity remained virtually unchanged from the first half of 2019.
Self-employed entrepreneurs, must proceed by the end of the month to their tax return related to the month of April, May and June of this year.
According to the monthly survey by the Portuguese Association of Hotels, Restaurants and Similar Establishments (AHRESP), almost 40% of catering businesses and 18% of tourist accommodation are planning to close their doors.
