Also included is our PERSONALIZED CONSULTANCY service, as well as our TAX QUESTION service and also our NIF application service present on our site. As part of our activities to assist people wishing to move to Portugal, we do not provide legal advice as such, which is the sole responsibility of our legal department. They are not interpretations of legal or tax texts, but answers clearly defined by the codes in force (taxes, companies, etc.).
We do not draw up private legal documents for third parties.

Method of payment
Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted:
- CB and Apple PayFrench national bank cards (CB), international Eurocard-Mastercard and international Visa cards. Online payment is made in secure mode (SSL protocol) via the Stripe. In accordance with the general terms and conditions of these two service providers, our servers do not store any blue card data. Our payment system also benefits from the 3D SECURE for payment by credit card.
- Multibanco: Customers with a bank account in a Portuguese bank can pay via the Multibanco service.
- SEPA bank transfer: Payments by SEPA bank transfer will be honoured upon receipt of payment in our bank account.Please indicate your order number in your transfer order.
Once we have received your request, we will process it as quickly as possible.
- The Living in Portugal Consulting cannot be held liable for the use of tax answers provided as part of a service request.
- The Living in Portugal Consulting cannot be held responsible if your application for non-habitual resident status is refused by the relevant authorities. Our team does not support the buyer of the GUIDE D'EXPATRIATION.
Shipping conditions :
- Our digital books are available immediately after the purchase of the chosen book and these for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Paperback books are shipped by Portuguese post (CTT) 24 hours after validation of order payment. All our books are shipped free of charge to the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal.
Repayment terms :
No refunds will be made on the purchase of our PDF books that have been downloaded. No refunds will be made on our tax questions and personalized consultations.
Intellectual property
The whole of this site, in particular the images, texts, logos, tables, iconographic and photographic representations and downloadable documents on the site, are subject to Portuguese and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. The Vivre au Portugal brand is fully owned by the company D.F.O.A. CONSULTING, LDA any fraudulent use of the brand Vivre au Portugal will be liable to prosecution.
The reproduction or representation of all or part of this site, on any medium whatsoever, is therefore strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of the publication director.
